This is a hands-on role that will require independent thinking with minimal oversight from our team.

The Role

This is a full-time position, and you will be working with our teams during New Zealand working hours

We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join our vibrant virtual team. You’ll play a key role in shaping our visual identity, delivering compelling designs for both digital and print media, and collaborating closely with our marketing, product, and development teams. Key Responsibilities

• Develop visually engaging graphics and layouts for websites, social media, advertisements, presentations, and print materials.

• Translate brand strategy into powerful and purposeful creative concepts.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver design solutions aligned with project objectives.

• Manage multiple projects and deadlines with strong organisational skills.

• Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a fresh and innovative approach.

• Maintain consistency across all visual assets and ensure brand guidelines are met.

About You

• Minimum years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment.

• Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative projects across digital and print media.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiarity with other design tools such as Figma or Sketch.

• Excellent understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, and branding principles.

• Ability to receive and implement feedback, and work both independently and as part of a team.

• Outstanding attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
