e-strats is looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) with proven customer support experience for its office in PWD.
The ideal candidate will have excellent American/English accent along with strong problem-solving skills to handle communications with the clients and ensure complete customer satisfaction

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Resolving problems by identifying the customer’s complaint and determining the best possible response
  • Managing all the incoming calls
  • Following up with the customers to ensure resolution of problems

This is a Full-Time night shift job.
