Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
Conserves executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications.
Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries.
Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information.

Confidential is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Executive Assistant- to CEO in the field of Administrative in one of their office located in Karachi - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have masters qualification and atleast 10 years of experience. The position require Writing Skills, Reporting Skills, Supply Management, Scheduling, Microsoft Office Skills, Organization, Time Management, Presentation Skills, Equipment Maintenance, Travel Logistics, Verbal Communication mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
