- + years of experience in software engineering, with a minimum of years in a technical leadership role, demonstrating significant expertise in .NET, Angular, Kotlin, Swift and C#.
- Proven experience leading multiple squads and mentoring Squad Leads to build high-performing teams, with a comprehensive understanding of web and mobile development (Android & iOS).
- Strong knowledge of scalable architecture, clean code practices, and the implementation of CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficient in agile methodologies and product-led development environments.
- Excellent communication skills with a capacity for team development and aligning technical execution with business objectives.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices or cloud platforms, particularly Azure.
- Hands-on experience in mySQL, Mongo, MS SQL, Server database administration.
- Sound experience in database problem determination and solving.
- Good understanding of Data Modelling and Data Warehouse techniques.
- Hands-on experience with Git repositories, including pushing code and managing pull requests (PRs).
