Description

§ Responsible for identifying areas of improvements and concerns

§ Responsible for the development and implementation of performance metrics to improve employees efficiency
§ Responsible for the analysis of Employees problems to identify the root causes and recommend corrective actions
§ Appraise and recommend improvements to current employees
§ Propose new techniques and technologies to increase employees performance
§ Monitoring of CCTV and Official HR Tool to collect data to better analyze outcomes
§ Regularly generate performance reports and present to management

Experience Required: two to three years

The Visamtion is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Employees Performance Analyst in the field of Human Resources in one of their office located in Lahore - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have minimum graduation qualification and atleast 2 years of experience. The position require development, implementation, performance, metrics, analysis, corrective, current, monitoring, cctv, data, management mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 30k to 40k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
