Key Responsibilities:
Prompt chat & email response to customers 
Provide real-time support
Document each customer’s question or problem as well as the resulting answer or solution
Email coordination with customers
Escalating to relevant team(s) internally and/or externally

The ideal candidate should have intermediate/ a level/ bachelor's qualification and atleast student of experience. The position require chat, email, support, problem, coordination, intermediate, communication, verbal, ms office, excel mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time on rotation job.Salary vary between 17k to 21k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
