Job Overview:

Responsible for acting as a liaison between our customers and the respective client. Provides assistance via Chat and/or Email to the customers with their questions, issues, new orders, service delivery requirements, billing, and any other query. Escalate to relevant teams internally and/or externally.

Job Shift: Morning & Evening, between am to pm
