Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior eBook Front Sales/Up seller. The Senior eBook Front Sales/Up seller will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with selling and upselling eBooks. This includes identifying potential customers, presenting product features and benefits, negotiating agreements, and maintaining relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote and sell design services and eBooks.
Identify and target potential clients through various channels including social media, email marketing, networking events, and other online platforms
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
Maintain a deep understanding of our design services and eBook offerings to effectively communicate benefits and features to clients
Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure sales and maximize profitability
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management, detailing progress towards sales targets and any challenges faced
Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns and materials that support sales efforts
Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve product offerings and sales strategies

Experience in sales and upselling
Strong English communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Knowledge of the digital industry
