Description

Full eBay Account Management:

Manage end-to-end eBay seller account operations, ensuring account health, policy compliance, and smooth daily activities.

Product Listing & Optimization:

Create and optimize listings with strong titles, descriptions, item specifics, keywords, images, and pricing to maximize visibility and sales.

Listing Research & Selection:

Identify and select profitable, in-demand, and compliant products through market research and competitor analysis.

Order Management:

Process daily orders, upload tracking numbers, monitor shipments, handle delays, cancellations, and ensure timely delivery.

Customer Support:

Manage buyer communication, resolve issues, handle returns, refunds, disputes, and maintain positive feedback ratings.

Dropshipping Model (Amazon & AliExpress to eBay):

Manage dropshipping operations from suppliers such as Amazon and AliExpress to eBay, ensuring correct product sourcing, order placement, delivery tracking, and policy compliance.

Full Knowledge of Amazon & AliExpress to eBay Processes:

Deep understanding of sourcing, pricing, product listing, shipping, and order management when importing products from Amazon and AliExpress to eBay.

Supplier Management (Multiple Suppliers):

Coordinate with multiple suppliers, monitor stock, pricing, shipping performance, and product quality to maintain reliability and consistency.

PNL & Cost Management:

Track profit and loss, product costs, eBay fees, shipping expenses, refunds, and margins to ensure profitability.

Sales Growth Strategy:

Develop and implement strategies for sales growth using pricing optimization, promotions, advertising, and market analysis.

Value Addition & Store Optimization:

Enhance store branding, conversion rates, bundle offers, upselling, cross-selling, and continuous listing improvements.

Marketing & Promotions:

Manage eBay promotions, discounts, coupons, and advertising campaigns to boost traffic and sales.

Reporting & Performance Analysis:

Prepare regular reports on sales, profits, growth trends, and actionable recommendations for optimization.
