E-Commerce / Amazon / Ebay Store Manager

We are looking for an E-Commerce Manager based in Sialkot Pakistan
In this role your duties will be:
To manage the eCommerce operations.
To provide the best customer experience at all stages of the customer journey.
Work closely with buying teams to plan promotional activities during the year. Assist with related inventory planning and forecasting.
Collaborate in developing effective pricing strategies to drive sales volume while maintaining profitability.
Collaborate with merchandising and product development.
Monitor products on partner websites to review availability, placement, pricing, and reviews.
Research, analyze, and document the competitive landscape.
Assist in developing engaging product content including images, videos, and copy.
Conduct research and analysis on customer and marketplace trends using data from channel partners.
Work with company leadership to drive category growth and results.
Develop monthly ecommerce forecast and budget, including traffic, sales, conversion and AOV. Provides weekly reporting and insight into ecommerce performance.
Provide high level support to answer customer inquiries, track packages, and process orders and parts replacement for all online sale channels such as Amazon, Wayfair, etc.
Actively identify and resolve customer satisfaction issues.
Create and manage product listings to ensure product content is up to date.
Communicate and work effectively with other team members on sales, logistics, operations, marketing, reporting, etc.
Assist with data entry and organization of documents, folders, images and files on Microsoft OneDrive, NetSuite, Amazon S , and Microsoft Excel
Create and assist with Amazon Sponsored Ad, coupons, deals and PPC
The requirements for this position are:
Strong knowledge of internet marketing tactics and strategy.
Strong managerial & recruiting skills
Ability to pay attention to detail, multi-task, and communicate professionally with clients via email and phone.
Be a team player and be able to work under pressure and meet target deadlines.
Be creative, motivated, a fast learner and a problem solver.
Experience with administrative vendor duties in online marketplaces including Amazon, Wayfair, Overstock, Walmart, and social media platforms.
Experience with Trello, Xsellco, NetSuite
Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
