Description
Tasks includes but not limited to this:
Coordinate, plan and execute distribution operations as per company procedures.
Monitor shipping status regularly
Address customer inquiries regarding shipment status.
Prepare and maintain necessary distribution documentations for management.
Contact with cross-functional teams to resolve invoicing and shipping issues.
Work with transportation team to coordinate pick-up and delivery activities.
Review and recommend improvements for existing distribution instructions.
Work with warehouse department to arrange for supplies for distribution.
Receive, handle and store supplies in warehouse effectively.
Job Specification
Glitz Pharmaceuticals is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Distribution Coordinator in the field of Marketing in one of their office located in Islamabad, Rawalpindi - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have bba/b.com/bsc qualification and atleast 1 year of experience. The position require distribution, operations, procedures, monitor, shipping, customer, shipment, management, invoicing, transportation, activities, review, warehouse mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
