Description

Abacus Consulting(BPO) is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager!

Main Responsibilities:

-Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.

-Develop and monitor campaign budgets.

-Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals

-Plan and manage our social media platforms.

-Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.

-Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.

-Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.

-Work with a team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.

-Oversee and manage all digital projects

-Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

Requirement:

-Bachelors in Business, Marketing, Communication; Master’s Degree a plus

- + years’ experience

-Excellent communication and analytical skills along with hands-on web analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other major marketing platforms experience.
