Description
Promoting the growth of the business and ensuring the SOPs are being followed
- Making sure there are no gaps in the team and wherever there are issues, to step in and solve them in any way possible
- Ensures all community-building responsibilities are fulfilled timely by the team. This includes scheduling of content, posting, proofreading, query management, etc.
- To continue to monitor and review the processes and skills of the team ensuring the clients receive the best-in-class service.
- Ensures all monthly/budget reports, monthly/quarterly/annual plans.
- Obtains client approval by presenting final layouts to the client.

The ideal candidate should have bachelors or masters in marketing qualification and atleast 3 years of experience. The position require business, scheduling, content, posting, query management, monitor, review, service, client, final mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
