Description
Promoting the growth of the business and ensuring the SOPs are being followed
- Making sure there are no gaps in the team and wherever there are issues, to step in and solve them in any way possible
- Ensures all community-building responsibilities are fulfilled timely by the team. This includes scheduling of content, posting, proofreading, query management, etc.
- To continue to monitor and review the processes and skills of the team ensuring the clients receive the best-in-class service.
- Ensures all monthly/budget reports, monthly/quarterly/annual plans.
- Obtains client approval by presenting final layouts to the client.

ECHO Digital is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Digital Group Account Manager in the field of Marketing in one of their office located in Karachi - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have bachelors or masters in marketing qualification and atleast 3 years of experience. The position require business, scheduling, content, posting, query management, monitor, review, service, client, final mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
