Job description

• To attend the tender opening and prepare a comparative statement of competitors. To inform the company management day of the progress of the tender/contract. The matter is related to the company and competitors’ activities.
• Sending to Clients Quotation based on listed and unlisted company products and follow up of complete customer order execution to payment receipt.
• To keep regional Manager informed about the major inquiries in pipeline and critical payment issues.
• To Secure Customer order to prices quoted or to re-negotiate at revised prices submitted after having duly informed the Regional Manager
• To handle customer complaints.
• To deal with different affairs with the Government Department.
• Visit specifically identified Government projects, consultants, and industrial sited for the possibility of sales/orders.
• Authorized to give a discount, sign quotations, ERP in absence of Regional Manager.
• To assist the project team in their day-to-day tasks.
