Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Deputy Manager HR at Weldon Paint Industries (Pvt.) Ltd., located in Lahore. The Deputy Manager HR will be responsible for overseeing and managing HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Daily tasks will involve developing HR policies, conducting interviews, coordinating training and development programs, handling employee grievances, and maintaining employee records.
