Cedar Financial(International Debt Collection Agency) is looking forward to hiring Call Center Representatives who are willing to work in night shifts and will be the liaisons between our company and its current consumers.
Responsibilities:
Making calls to the debtors
Negotiating with them
Providing them easy ways so that they can pay their overdue payments
Requirements:
Previous experience in a contact center
Excellent English communication skills
High school degree or higher

Cedar Financial is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Debt Collector (Call Center Representative) in the field of Customer Service in one of their office located in Lahore - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have intermediate qualification and atleast fresh graduate of experience. The position require excellent english communication skills, clear and effective communication, positive attitude, customer dealing mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time night shift job.Salary vary between 30k to 50k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
