Description
As a Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for entering and maintaining data in our systems accurately and efficiently. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will ensure the integrity of our data, supporting the smooth functioning of our organization.
Responsibilities:
Enter data accurately and efficiently into our database systems
Verify data for accuracy and completeness
Maintain data integrity by identifying and correcting errors
Organize and file documents as needed
Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Matric or O level diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in data entry or a similar role
Proficiency in typing and data entry skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
