Description

We are currently looking for enthusiastic individuals for our Customer Support Department in a Team Lead Role. Job Responsibility:
Responsibility includes but is not limited to:
  • The lead will be responsible to manage complex customer situations promptly and professionally.
  •  Has to maintain Stores Feedback Rating, Performance, and Dashboard.
  • Provide Monthly Reports on the Store‚Äôs Performance and Suggest strategies simultaneously to further enhance the performance of the Store.
  • Responsible to Study and make Strategies in accordance with Market Place Policies
  • Analyze the reason for returning items and taking necessary steps on how to reduce the returns.
  • Manage Team concerns and resolving any queries.
  • Timely Verification of the entire team cases and resolve issues with respect to the case
  • Have to utilize customer feedback to recommend product and service improvements.
  • Leading Short Term & Long Term Projects

Job Specification:
  •  Minimum qualification required is Intermediate or Bachelors
  • Should have strong Written & Communication Skills
  •  At least -year experience as a Lead is required
  • Prior experience in International Ecommerce Industry (Preferred)
  • Must have attention to detail and should be able to work under pressure.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize (by keeping a positive attitude to motivate others)
  • Candidates with better Business communication will be given preference
  • Proficiency in MS Office is Required
