Description

Responsibilities:

The candidate will be responsible for providing Customer Support and Managing Relationships with customers from the US/UK Region.

Analyzing customer data to improve customer experience, leading to sustainable business growth.

Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and answering calls professionally and providing solutions to the customer.

The Customer Success Manager has to plan and initiate the different strategic processes to handle customers on various E-commerce Platforms such as eBay, Amazon, Walmart & others

Must be proficient in English Language ( verbal/written)

Experience in E-Commerce Sales and Strategy planning is a MUST.

Hands-on expertise in US Marketplaces like eBay, Amazon, Walmart, Wish, Etsy, etc.

Knowledge about Major Ecommerce Models like dropship, Retail arbitrage along with Amazon FBA, FBM, and PL.

The position require providing, customer support, region, customer, data, customer experience, business growth, methods, calls, solutions, customer success manager, platforms, ebay, english language, sales, strategy, planning, major, retail, arbitrage mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time night shift job.Salary vary between 25k to 50k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
