ibex. is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Customer Support Executive – Domestic in the field of Customer Service in one of their office located in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have intermediate & graduates qualification and atleast fresh graduate of experience. The position require • respond to customers professionally to provide i, take/cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints. • keep records of, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. process orders, forms and applications. • follow up to ensure that mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time on rotation job.Salary vary between 17k to 21k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
