Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop a team of customer service representatives.
Handle escalated customer issues and ensure high satisfaction levels.
Monitor and analyze service metrics to improve performance.
Implement and update customer service policies and procedures.
Conduct training sessions and manage team scheduling.
Prepare reports on team performance and customer feedback.

Efu hemayah takaful is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Customer Service Team Manager in the field of Customer Service in one of their office located in Karachi - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have intermediate qualification and atleast fresh graduate of experience. The position require hiring, communication mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 80k to 90k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
