Description

We are looking for a resource to manage Inbound calls, Emails, and Live Chat Support. The candidate must have an excellent command of English Speaking and proven experience in Customer Service.

Mandatory Requirements:

Expert in English Communication Skills with (British Accent)

Must have Outbound/Inbound Calls experience.

Must have experience in Customer Service (Phone, Email, Chat).

Should be fluent in spoken English (British Accent)

Ability to do research work.

The ability to write and speak proper English is critical.

Can work Evening Shift.

Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding our products and services.

Resolve customer issues and complaints by identifying the root cause and implementing appropriate solutions.

Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address customer inquiries effectively.
