Looking for the profiles of the enthusiastic Customer Support Officer to add up in our Customer Sales & Support department.

The expected Job Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

-Oversee all phone queries (via Calls, WhatsApp, emails), respond to all customer queries, requirements, and correspondence.

-Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales and continually meet or exceed sales targets etc

-Evaluate customer needs resolve etc.

-Process online sales orders for customers.

-Provide Excellent Customer Service to the Customers.

-Prepare sales & other reports etc.

-Others Ad Hoc Tasks as Assigned by the Superior and collaborate with team members to achieve better results.

The ideal candidate profile should be:

-Must have experience in selling online apparel products

-Must possess flawless telephone manners, excellent command of written and spoken English.

-Able to achieve sales targets and maximizing revenue from existing and potential customers.

-Excellent negotiation and objection handling skills.
