Position Overview: As a Sales Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to connect with potential customers, drive sales, and contribute to our company's growth from the comfort of your own home. This role will play a vital part in our sales efforts by reaching out to potential clients via phone calls, introducing our products/services, and nurturing leads to generate sales opportunities. Your ability to effectively communicate, articulate our value proposition, and build rapport with potential customers will be essential to your success in this position.

Responsibilities:

I. Outbound Calls:

Initiate outbound calls to potential clients from provided lists or leads.

Introduce our products/services and engage prospects in meaningful conversations.

II. Lead Qualification:

Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria to determine potential interest and fit.

Gather relevant information and record details accurately in our proprietary CRM system.

III. Product/Service Presentation:

Deliver compelling and concise communication about our offerings, highlighting key benefits and features.

Address prospects’ questions and concerns, providing accurate and up-to-date information.

IV. Follow-Up and Relationship Building:

Maintain ongoing communication with leads, nurturing relationships over time.

Use follow-up calls and emails to keep prospects engaged and informed.

V. Performance Metrics:

Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and lead generation targets.

Provide regular reports on call outcomes, lead progression, and other metrics as requested.

Qualifications:

· Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or a related role is required.

· Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly yet persuasive demeanor.

· Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and handling objections.

· Strong active listening skills and the ability to adapt to different communication styles.

· Proficient with CRM software and other relevant tools.

· Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment.

· Knowledge of the Trucking industry and related Compliance requirements is advantageous.
