As a Customer Sales and Support Representative, you will build upon your existing experience to offer excellent customer service processing new sales leads as necessary and work as part of the team to ensure the smooth daily operations are maintained.
1) Making sales or recommendations for products or services that may better suit client needs.
2) Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
3) Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
4) Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
5) Build lasting relationships with clients and other call center team members based on trust and reliability.
6) Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.

The ideal candidate should have metric, intermediate and bachelor qualification and atleast less than 1 year of experience. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 20k to 39k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
