• Process bookings, reservations, and payments efficiently and accurately.
• Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Stay updated on industry trends, travel regulations, and company policies.

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
• Familiarity with travel booking systems and software is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
