We are seeking motivated and results-oriented Customer Sales Representatives to join our dynamic sales team. As a Customer Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling products or services to customers, building relationships with potential and existing customers, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services and generate sales.

Identify customer needs and offer suitable product or service solutions.

Build and maintain relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up.

Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas on a regular basis.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information.

Utilize sales techniques and strategies to overcome objections and close sales.

Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends to continuously improve sales performance.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a call center or sales environment.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with customers.

Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to close sales deals.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.

Ability to handle objections and resolve customer issues in a professional manner.

Positive attitude, resilience, and adaptability to changing sales situations.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or related field is a plus.
