Supervisor Required

We are hiring a skilled and proactive supervisor to lead our customer support team. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills (English and local language), strong leadership qualities, and a problem-solving attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Guide and monitor customer support officers.

Ensure client conversion targets are met.

Negotiate with clients on student/parent requirements.

Address and resolve client issues promptly.

Track team performance and provide feedback.
