Transworld is looking for a Customer Care Representative (Inbound Calls) to join our team at our Phase D.H.A, Lahore.

What You'll Be Doing:
• CCR will act as a liaison between company and its customers.
• Take ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries.
• Keep customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.
• Provide support on CX operations and cross functional coordination within company

What you ideally bring with you:
• You have very good oral and written communication skills as well as being friendly and empathetic.
• You will help to define and exemplify the extraordinary customer experience we pride ourselves on.
• You'll have plenty of opportunities as you answer incoming phone calls and emails from new customers.
• Being comfortable answering questions about our products or to place an order is essential.
• You will need to demonstrate strong attention to detail and a solid grasp of customer care policies and best practices.
• You'll be one of the first interactions our customers will experience with us – so being friendly and helpful is a must.
• Possess a courteous and professional phone manner.
• You should be able to listen to customers effectively to demonstrate that you understand and care about them.

Nice to have:
Prior Customer Service experience in a call-center environment.
