Listening carefully to the customers' calls/queries and suggest the best product offerings to generate new and repeat sales
Addressing clients' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time
Plan, manage & execute a strategy to achieve recovery targets
Ensure collection targets are met as per time schedule
Opens and maintain customers’ accounts by recording accurate information
Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
