Description

Location: Remote

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate product/service information, resolve customer concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM tools.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
• Follow up on unresolved customer queries and ensure timely resolution.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics related to response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and customer retention.
• Stay up-to-date with product updates, company policies, and industry best practices.

• – years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
• Prior experience working with US clients is required.
• Comfortable working during US time zones (EST/PST).
• At least year plus cold calling experience
• Proficient in using customer service software, CRM platforms, and ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, Freshdesk).
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.

• Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or a similar fast-paced industry.
• Familiarity with remote communication tools like Slack, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams.
• A proactive attitude with the ability to suggest process improvements.
