Responsibilities

• Analyze production costs (materials, labor, and overhead) and recommend cost-saving measures.

• Prepare and maintain standard cost systems for products/services.

• Conduct variance analysis (comparing actual costs to budgeted/standard costs).

• Generate cost reports for management decision-making.

• Monitor inventory levels and reconcile physical counts with financial records.

• Calculate and apply overhead rates to products.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.

• + years in cost accounting, manufacturing accounting, or related role

• Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and ERP systems.

• Knowledge of cost accounting principles (absorption, variable, activity-based costing).

• Analyze work-in-progress (WIP) and finished goods valuation.
