This role requires an experienced individual who can provide quality candidates in a timely manner. This individual’s ability to work on sharp deadlines and multiple vacancies at one time is crucial.
Primary Responsibilities of the Role:
Proactively profile candidates for roles the Resource Consultant proactively sourced for whilst manipulating search tools such as LinkedIn, Job Boards, and Internal
Aggressively cleanse the internal database of prequalified candidates – these candidates should be prequalified for roles the company has worked on in the past and/or is potentially expecting to work on in the
Reactively profile candidates, as per the job requirements entered in the Vacancy Capture Solution (VCS), and create Formatted CVs and Profiling Notes
Seek innovative solutions to problems and make recommendations for
Establish and maintain good working relationships with the Profiler, the Recruitment Team Lead and the Consultant in the
Maintain high level of personal presentation standards and business
Remain self-motivated, show initiative (i.e. be proactive), and focus on solutions (i.e. problem solving methodology).
Secondary Responsibilities of the Role:
Any other duties/tasks assigned by the management.
Qualifications and Experience/Skills and Knowledge Required for the Role:
Graduate level with at least years of previous Sourcing and profiling
Ability to anticipate potential problems, determine and implement
Strong English reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrate effective use of database
Sounds experience of success within a recruitment
Strong knowledge and utilization of
Proficient with Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, ,).
Ability to work in teams and has strong interpersonal
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
