Description

Our client is a U.S.-based Fintech company with an offshore office located in Upper Mall, Lahore. They are seeking two Contact Center Agents with a minimum of two years of relevant experience. The following details outline the position:


Contact Center Agent (English)
Opportunity to work within the Fintech sector and serve international clients.

Responsibilities
• Deliver outstanding customer service through effective communication and problem-solving.
• Identify root causes of issues, propose appropriate solutions, and ensure timely resolution with follow-up actions.
• Manage high call volumes, resolve complaints efficiently, and provide timely alternatives.

Requirements
• Must-have: Proficient English communication, writing, and active listening skills, along with prior customer support experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree.
• Required: Experience working in a U.S.-based customer service environment.
• Required: Availability for flexible shift scheduling.

The ideal candidate should have o level/a level/intermediate/graduate qualification and atleast 2 years of experience. The position require client, offshore, office, mall, contact center, agent, international clients, customer service, effective communication, solutions, resolution, complaints, communication, writing, customer support, environment, availability, flexible, scheduling, benefits, medical, fuel, mobile, health insurance mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time night shift job.Salary vary between 90k to 100k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
