Description

Job Description:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for software projects.

- Analyze and prioritize requirements to ensure alignment with business objectives and project scope.

- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories for the development team.

- Provide training and support to client employees in implementing new processes and technologies.

- Participate in the development process, offering guidance to the development team as needed.

- Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure the final product meets business needs.

- Stay updated on industry trends, sharing knowledge and insights with clients.

- Provide ongoing support to stakeholders, addressing software-related questions and concerns.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Audit, ACCA, or related field.

- Up to years of experience in a similar role.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.

- Knowledge of software development processes and technologies is a plus.

- Understanding of Compliance, Risk & Governance framework is a plus.
