Need Arabic & English Speaking Agents

Outstanding written and oral skills in Arabic or English (knowledge of additional language will be a plus)

Primarily assigned to Collect Payment Dues to clients of our Affiliate Companies.

Handle number of calls/contact (as per department set targets) & follow-up on customer’s commitment to pay

Identify un-contactable/skip customers

Prepares Day End Report for their Collections

Work together with his/her colleague for their common goal of Collecting Dues from our Clients

Have his/her daily goal to Achieve his/her DRR and fulfil his/her monthly target.

Job Specification

Fiso Connect Pvt Ltd is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Collection Officer in the field of Finance in one of their office located in Islamabad - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have minimum bachelor's degree qualification and atleast fresh graduate of experience. The position require negotiation, communication skills, innovative, ideas, complex, solutions, presentable, collections, target, english mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 40k to 45k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
