• Need Arabic & English Speaking Agents
• Outstanding written and oral skills in Arabic & English (knowledge of additional language will be a plus)

• Primarily assigned to Collect Payment Dues to clients of our Affiliate Companies.
• Handle number of calls/contact (as per department set targets) & follow-up on customer’s commitment to pay
• Identify un-contactable/skip customers
• Prepares Day End Report for their Collections
• Work together with his/her colleague for their common goal of Collecting Dues from our Clients
• Have his/her daily goal to Achieve his/her DRR and fulfil his/her monthly target.
