Description

IGET SOLUTIONS PVT LTD looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions, resolving queries.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat promptly and effectively.

Provide accurate information about company services, processes, and policies.

Resolve customer complaints and issues while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the system.

Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved.

Maintain a professional tone and deliver high-quality customer support at all times.

Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong problem-solving and active listening abilities.

Ability to handle customers calmly and professionally under pressure.
