Client Relationship Executive

Key Accountabilities
Sales, Marketing & Trading
To generate quality leads that result in efficient outcomes.
Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for business.
Work with team to achieve performance targets.
Presenting the product or service in a structured professional way.
Monitoring International market performance by reviewing Trade Media and keeping clients updated with the same and provide investment advice accordingly.
Customer Retention
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing as well as new customers in person and via telephone calls.
To ensure that the customer is notified with all the prevailing fundamental factors which may have an impact on product prices
Competencies Required
-Knowledge:
Must have basic knowledge of Commodities that we Trade in.
Must be aware of Major Consumers, Research/ Regulated institutions in Commodity Trading
Must be updated on “The impact of International Events on the prices of the commodities that we Trade in.”

The ideal candidate should have bba mba b.a b.com m.com qualification and atleast less than 1 year of experience. The position require client, relationship, marketing, entry, level, progress, trading, quality, cold, calling, team, performance, product, service, monitoring, international, market, trade, media, investment, customer, retention, telephone, impact, basic, commodities, major, institutions, events, communication, negotiation, power, stress, target, time mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 20k to 25k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
