Description

Leading all technology initiatives throughout the company

Build, develop and lead company's tech team of developers and engineers

Develop and manage company's technology roadmap

Build, maintain and constantly improve company's technological infrastructure

Work with Marketing, Sales and Product teams globally to deliver outstanding services to our customers

Lead the technical strategy/roadmap across the board - in product development, external partnerships, infrastructure, and talent acquisition

Have strategic thinking - keeping an eye on our competition and competitive advantage while also identifying additional market opportunities.

Participate in early business development and marketing activities to build brand awareness

Help to train, coach, mentor - providing technical leadership for all engineering staff, including software development, data science, and pipeline engineers

Develop and own the software development ecosystem - providing guidance on standards and practices as well as building a culture of envisioning, designing and developing solutions

Hand on coding, if needed

The ideal candidate should have bs degree in a related field qualification and atleast 6 years of experience. The position require relational databases, proficient in mysql db2, programming languages (python c++), user interface (javascript react js angularjs), apis and integrations mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 300k to 300k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
