Description
Title: Marketing Coordinator/Chat Support Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Assist in execution of marketing campaigns including Text Marketing, SMM and other out bound marketing campaigns.
- Respond all the incoming leads from Text Marketing.
- Conduct data analysis to track campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Manage and maintain marketing databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of customer information.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather and analyze data, and provide insights to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing and data analysis.
- Motivated to work on same task for long periods.
- Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Must Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills

The ideal candidate should have bachlors qualification and atleast fresh graduate of experience. The position require night shift, marketing coordinator, support, communication skills, execution, marketing campaigns, marketing, incoming, data analysis, performance, make, customer, internal, data, inform, industry, digital marketing, field, communication, interpersonal skills, microsoft, office, social media, platforms, environment, creative mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time night shift job.Salary vary between 50k to 70k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
