• Responding efficiently and accurately to callers and ensuring that client’s feel supported and valued.

• Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry clients, as needed.

• Building lasting relationships with clients and other call center team members based on trust and reliability.

The ideal candidate should have f.a / ba qualification and atleast fresh graduate of experience. The position require incentives, training, accent, native, sales, ethics, building, call center, trust, reliability mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time evening shift job.Salary vary between 25k to 60k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
