Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Outbound Call Agent to join our team.

You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers or clients to sell services, collect information, or set appointments for follow-up calls.

The primary goal of is to meet or exceed established sales goals and call volume expectations.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers or clients using a predetermined script.

Communicate service information to customers, answer their questions, and overcome objections.

Build rapport with customers and establish relationships with them.

Record information about customer interactions and transactions in a database.

Meet or exceed established sales goals and call volume expectations.

Keep up-to-date with products, services, and promotions to accurately respond to customer inquiries.

Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, even in challenging situations

Participate in training sessions to improve skills and stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:
