Description
• Serve as a help desk for other hotel customers and provide solutions to include the following: initial contact for internal technology problems;
• Identify and recommend solutions to resolve customer issues; when appropriate refers customers to specialists.
• Timely follow up on all issues.
• Maintain records of completed customer requests for service and audit tracking.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Specification
Focus Connect is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Call Center Agent in the field of Customer Service in one of their office located in Karachi - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have o/a levels qualification and atleast fresh graduate of experience. The position require communication, confident, self motivated mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time on rotation job.Salary vary between 45k to 50k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
