Job Description:

Manage large amounts of outbound calls on time
Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and alternatives
Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in an understandable way
Meet team qualitative and quantitative targets
Skills Required:

Centranet BPO Pvt.LTD is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Call Center Agent in the field of Customer Service in one of their office located in RAWALPINDI - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have intermediate to bachelors qualification and atleast less than 1 year of experience. The position require information research, target oriented, quick learner, communication skills, time management, availabilty to work at night mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time night shift job.Salary vary between 30k to 60k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
