Handle outbound calls with professionalism, patience, and efficiency, while accurately documenting customer interactions and following company protocols and procedures.

Collaborate with a team to meet performance targets, maintain a high level of product knowledge, and adapt to evolving customer needs in a fast-paced call center environment.
