Description

We are looking for committed and trustworthy Business Support Specialists to join our growing team! This is a full-time, on-site role with long-term growth potential and performance-based bonuses.

Work Schedule:

: PM – : PM

Monday – Friday

Key Responsibilities:

Data Entry: Updating databases, managing spreadsheets, and ensuring accuracy.

Social Media Management: Creating content, scheduling posts, Linkedin tasks , engaging with followers, and moderating activity.

General administrative and business support tasks as needed.

Conduct large-scale data collection from multiple websites (around , entries) and accurately organize the information into structured tables or spreadsheets.

Bonus / Preferred Skills (not mandatory, but highly valued):

Experience with Heygen, CapCut, Premiere Pro, Descript, or similar editing tools

Ability to enhance clips with subtitles, music, transitions, call-to-action overlays, and light branding

Editing AI-generated content, as well as Zoom/workshop recordings

Can deliver + clips per month ( – minutes each)

Creative, fast, and detail-focused

Able to follow prompts or scripts and work independently

Candidates with these skills will be given preference.

Proactive and reliable attitude

Willingness to work on-site (not remote)
