- Design and execute growth strategies for achieving your zonal sales targets.
- Manage a large cross-functional team of sales and activation agents.

- Identify trends for your zones and forecast category mix and expected performance of new categories and products to be launched.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field, or equivalent training, fellowship, and - year of work experience in FMCG sales.
- Strong sales and marketing skills and good understanding of product portfolio.
- Self-starter with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to get hands-on in a complex operational environment
- Ability to manage teams and work on tight deadlines
