- Business Development Experience of Outsourcing Staff.
- Oversee the sales process to attract new clients in the respective area.
- Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.
- Research and identify new market opportunities.
- Develop good relationships with clients, listening to their needs, and work with the Management to continually develop its offerings.
- To follow the client relationship from beginning to end, ensuring the business has received excellent customer service.

Xad Technologies is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Business Devlopment Manager - HR Outsourcing in the field of Business Development in one of their office located in Rawalpindi - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have bachelors or masters degree qualification and atleast 5 years of experience. The position require outsourcing, staff, business development, sales, process, area, research, market, management, client relationship, business, customer service mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 70k to 80k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
