Description

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to attract new customers and increase revenue. Also have ability to communicate with one-Link.

• Identify and cultivate relationships with potential business partners and clients

• Analyze market trends and develop strategies to improve our lending products and services

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities for growth

• Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing and sales strategies

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and partners.

• Monitor and analyze competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly

• Represent the company at industry events and conferences

• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a smooth and efficient loan application and approval process

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field

• Minimum of years of experience in business development, sales, or related field

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed

• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
